I trained as a general engineer, then specialized in recruiting engineers. Three years ago I founded Enrol, a firm entirely dedicated to these technical profiles.

Assignment after assignment, one thing became clear: hiring had grown far too long and too time-consuming, above all on the sourcing side. Hours spent looking for profiles, going through CVs and contacting candidates, for results that were far from certain.

That is where Enrol came from. A tool built to automate the candidate hunt so recruiters can focus on what matters: the conversation, the assessment and the decision.

To bring that vision to life, I partnered with Valentin Gosse, who specializes in software development and artificial intelligence.
